On Easter Day there are five opportunities to mark the greatest day in the Christian faith as follows:

5.30am Sunrise Service at St Mary's Rydal, (the lighting of the Easter fire takes place in the Millennium Garden), followed by breakfast in Rydal Hall

8am Prayer Book Said Communion in St Oswald's Church Grasmere

9.30am Sung Eucharist at St Mary's Rydal

11am Common Worship Sung Communion at St Oswald's Grasmere 

6pm Easter Songs of Praise at St Oswald's Grasmere

All welcome at all these services. 

St Oswald's Church Grasmere hosts a dozen concerts each year, in March and April the following are taking place:

- 20 March at 7pm, Organ Recital by John Bromley in aid of the 'Radio Therapy Extension Fund

- 24 April at 7pm, 'Vivaldi's Gloria' performed by St Anne's School Chamber Choir

 All visitors are welcome at these concerts and can pay on the door
